Today’s Inspiration

Some people we need for a while and others we need forever! The ones that only stay a while are special because they teach us about the things we need and what we don’t need!

50% off Remaining Christmas Decor

We still have a small selection of Christmas Decor and it is 50% off. This is the last time you’ll see this selection because when it goes away it is gone and will not be coming out later this year!

It is a good time to start an ornament collection for your child or grandchild. Or add to your Christmas village collection. My girls love getting and making ornaments for their trees.

I hope you week is going well so far. Starting to get cold in Colorado. Won’t be long and we’ll have more snow. I am not ready for winter yet. I want spring, summer, and fall to last longer. 🙂

Re-purposed Vintage Barrel Dolly

I have a love for vintage dolly’s – nope not that kind of dolly :). I love vintage wood and iron dolly’s – barrel dolly’s, vintage hand trucks, all of them no matter what they’re called!

There are so many possibilities for their uses. Yesterday during my nap, I had flea market flip on and guess what – yep, there was 2 episodes with dolly’s. Man the makeovers were awesome.

So I decided to take a spin via Pinterest to see what makeovers are out there. Some of these pieces are just stunning!

I love the simplicity of this coffee table. The dolly used to create this table looks just like one we have at the store.

A little cleaning, sealer, and a glass top, and you have your very own stunning coffee table!

This is a sweet piece – vintage barrel dolly and a chicken crate!

I have seen chicken crates as coffee tables, quilt racks and more, but paired with the dolly is twice as sweet!

Everyone that know me, knows that I can’t not create something without flowers. I just love color and vintage things, and love to pair the two!

Can you imagine this on your front porch? With winter approaching – think of all the ways you can decorate the barrel dolly for the holidays!
