Fantasy Fudge

Have you ever eaten this fudge? I have used this recipe for years and it is amazing! Great for parties, and holiday gifts for co-workers and hostess’

 

What you need:

3 cups sugar

3/4 cup butter / margarine

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1 12 oz package chocolate chips

1 7oz jar marshmallow creme

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp vanillia

 

Making it:

Spray a 9 inch pan with cooking spray.

Add sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to 3 quart pan, bring to a rolling bowl on medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234*. Remove from heat.

Add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme, and stir until melted. Add walnuts and vanilla. Mix well.

Pour into 9 inch pan, and spread to cover bottom. Let cool before cutting into squares.
